This role offers flexibility in both schedule and structure"”including full-time or part-time options, remote work arrangements, and partner-track and non-partner-track opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on business and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracts. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, revising, and negotiating sophisticated agreements, including business-to-business supply agreements and other complex commercial documents. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage intricate commercial matters efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business law and commercial contract review. Demonstrated ability to draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex business-to-business commercial agreements; experience representing manufacturers in their business-to-business commercial arrangements with customers, distributors and suppliers is preferred. Strong academic credentials and excellent organizational, drafting, and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals across multiple markets.
