Qualified applicants will have substantial experience in litigating habeas petitions, mandamus actions, FOIA lawsuits, and other immigration litigation matters in the U.S. District Courts, with significant preliminary injunctive relief litigation experience. Applicants must also demonstrate substantial experience and skill with appellate immigration matters. In this position, you will be responsible for working with the other lawyers in our firm to identify and develop creative and effective strategies in detention and removal cases, in addition to family-based, humanitarian, and business immigration matters that require, or may benefit, from district court litigation.
