The Standard Missile Business Office has an immediate Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst opportunity to provide support for SM-3 BLK IIA program efforts. SM-3 BLK IIA is part of the Shipboard Missiles SSBU with yearly sales of approximately $420M per year with a secure and stable long"‘term business forecast. Responsibilities include management of both EVMS and LOE contracts, analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, establishing an initial baseline for new awards, monthly forecasting including tracking variances, interfacing with Cost Account Managers, support of government audits and ensuring compliance with EAC policies. What You Will Do The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a range of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts. Professional and effective communication skills are required due to frequent interaction with program, product line and functional leadership. Provide an opportunity to enhance skills in PRISM, estimates at completion, variance analysis, and other metrics and tools used in support of production. Qualifications - Required Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications - Preferred Experience working independently and with higher levels of management. Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Experience preparing contractual IPMR requirements for contractual EVMS programs. Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership and customer. Analytical, problem-solving and decision"‘making skills. Experience training finance team members in tools and processes. Understanding of AOP and long"‘range planning, program forecasting and metrics. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: USD 86,800 - 165,200.
