We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Leak Survey Support Representative based in Maumelle, Arkansas.Position SummaryManages Leak Survey data in support of the Leak Survey department to complete scheduled survey compliance work and unscheduled survey work. Creates productivity and status reports. Performs administrative and clerical duties.ResponsibilitiesAssist with extracting and compiling leak survey work schedules from SAP.Monitor the Leak Survey schedule throughout the year and communicate updates to the Operations Supervisor in the Leak Survey Areas at risk of not completing by the scheduled date.Create and maintain the Region's Picarro Surveyor schedule and Picarro Driver schedule.Verify SAP scheduled survey work orders have been created and dispatched.Download and review surveys completed with Picarro Surveyor to determine coverage level.Identify and schedule additional runs of survey area as required to optimize Picarro Surveyor coverage.Review coverage and determine whether Gap Survey work orders are required and dispatch if necessary.Assign Leak Indication Search Area to technicians and ensure SAP work orders are created and dispatched.Notify supervisor of completed work status and provide work/resource management reports for Resource direction.Review completed surveys/work orders for accuracy, DOT compliance, and documentation completeness; return incomplete documents for correction and follow-up; make changes to assure data reliability. Forward to BPO for completion in SAP or complete survey work orders in SAP, including attaching Picarro survey maps, gap survey maps, and equipment calibration logs.Maintain filing system for completed work orders.Query GIS mapping system to produce survey maps, update survey polygons and attributes, and extract reports to update survey equipment in SAP.Collaborate with BPO to update equipment records and maintenance plans as needed.Demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company's Ethics and Compliance Code, and other Company policies and procedures, and complete required training courses.Position QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages), punctuation, grammar, and spelling. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the SAP ESD module and GIS mapping system. Must have a working knowledge of work order creation, equipment records management, and facility map printing.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesCapable to communicate well, orally and in petent to listen actively and utilize information appropriately.Qualified to handle confidential information with discretion.Prepared to resolve problems.Equipped to become proficient with equipment records and maintenance plans in SAP (ESD) and SAP list edit reporting for work orders, equipment lists and work schedules.Skilled at interpreting technical instructions.Able to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals.Proficient to utilize mainframe and/or personal computer systems and software proficiently, including SAP ESD module, Picarro Surveyor, BW, GIS mapping data, Mobile Data, plus electronic mail, spreadsheets, word processing and graphics software.Ability to learn and apply knowledge of Gas Operations policies, procedures, and regulations.Apt to apply analytical skills, including interpreting data accurately and appropriately.Plan, prioritize, and organize job duties to meet deadlines.Effective organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and responsibilities within time constraints and pay attention to details.Able to remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines or manage emergency situations.Self-motivated to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision and operate as a team player.Demonstrates initiative and ability to work within a team.Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and professional mitted to staying current on new technology, equipment, and itiate efforts that result in changes to business processes and environment.Valid state driver's license and safe driving plies with company policies and training requirements and applies them consistently and timely.Adheres to Company values and business practices, maintaining respect toward coworkers.The statements describe the general nature and level of work, not an exhaustive list of duties and skills.Benefits and OtherSummit offers competitive pay and medical/dental/vision and other benefits that provide flexibility, choice and support to our employees when they need it most.
