Domino's is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team. Job Details Drivers typically average over $20/hr (wage + tips + mileage reimbursement). Option to use a personal vehicle with adjustable mileage reimbursement or company"‘provided vehicles (minimum driving age 21, clean driving record, two years of driving history, and a safe driving record required for the company car). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Flexible scheduling - part"‘time and full"‘time shifts available. Job Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance. Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi"‘story buildings. Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions. Physical Duties & Requirements Walking/Carrying/Climbing - travel between store and vehicle, carry pizzas and beverages, navigate multiple flights of stairs. Driving - safe driving practices within the designated delivery area; multiple deliveries per shift. Stooping/Bending - forward bending at the pizza assembly station (30"‘45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout the day). Reaching - continuous up, down, and forward reaching; up to 72 inches occasionally. Hand Tasks - eye"‘hand coordination, use of hands continuously, manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembling boxes. Sensing - talking and hearing while on the phone, depth perception, near and mid"‘range vision, ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces, night vision for driving. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions, sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, compact work areas, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering. Sudden changes in temperature (in"‘store 36°F to 90°F+). Fumes from food odors, including cornmeal dust. Compact work areas such as walk"‘in coolers. Hot surfaces/tools, ovens up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
