Employment Type: Full-time. Flexibility: Hybrid in Huntsville, Alabama. They emphasize camaraderie and a workplace culture that supports professional and personal growth.ResponsibilitiesPrepare all sections of an audit with minimal supervision, supervise the preparation of less complicated sections of an audit, and take primary responsibility for the preparation of financial statements.Manage client contact, coordination within the company, staffing requirements, administrative documentation, and preparation timing for small and medium-sized engagements.Collaborate with more experienced personnel on coordinating large client engagements, identifying problems, process improvements, and computer model analysis; help clients determine optimal strategies.Maintain quality client relationships.Develop skills to attract new clients and market the company's services to facilitate expansion with existing clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting with 1 - 3 years of experience in auditPossession of CPA or CPA eligibleKnowledge of GAAP and GAASExperience with a variety of software packages (Engagement experience a plus)Ability to supervise staff effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills when working with staff and clientsAbility to provide guidance and direction to department staff who are not direct reportsAbout BouloBoulo is a recruiting platform that helps experienced professionals stand out to hiring managers by showcasing value through a skills-first approach.
