Location: Hybrid on-site Lincoln, AL Employment Type: Contract Eligibility: W2 Only - No 3rd Parties Key Responsibilities Answer radio calls regarding IT issues impacting manufacturing operations Document incidents by creating ITSM tickets Create timelines for incidents exceeding 10 minutes Install and support production software Replace and deploy production hardware Manage line support projects Perform crisis management and escalation when needed What Will the Person Be Working On Provide IT support on the production floor to reduce downtime Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing systems and equipment Wants Knowledge of incident ticketing systems A+ Certification Network+ certification Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 Experience installing complex software Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities Working knowledge of Linux Ubuntu Experience troubleshooting Zebra and Lexmark printers Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
