Dentist (DDS/DMD)The Company: Our client is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). They are partly funded by the Federal Department of Health & Human Services because their area was shown to have unmet medical needs. FQHCs were specifically created to respond to the healthcare needs of people with limited access to care because of their income, medical condition, or healthcare professional shortages. The Position:Our client is seeking a full-time General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join their outpatient dental team. This provider will deliver comprehensive dental care including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing oral health management. The dentist will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population, including both adult and pediatric patients, and working in a high-volume environment. This role also involves collaboration with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to improve overall patient outcomes.Compensation & Benefits:$205,000+ Base Salary (Depending on Experience)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k With 4% Match Paid Time Off (PTO) (2 Weeks) + 9 Paid HolidaysLTD+STDRelocation AssistanceAnd Much, Much more!Responsibilities:Full-Time (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planningPerform procedures including extractions, endodontics (including molar root canals), fillings, dentures/partials, crowns, and bridgesEducate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment optionsProvide culturally competent care to a diverse patient populationCollaborate with dental hygienists, EFDA, and dental assistants to deliver efficient careParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol developmentBuild strong relationships with community providers and referral partners10-12 Patients Per DayRequirements:Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)Active and Unrestricted Louisiana Dental LicenseDEA License (or ability to obtain)Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
