Required Skills: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Proficiency in evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care.Experience in developing and implementing individualized plans of care.Ability to administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and wound management.Strong documentation skills in electronic health record systems, adhering to regulatory standards.Effective communication skills for multi-disciplinary team collaboration.Knowledge of regulatory and clinical practice standards, including APTA guidelines.Nice to Have Skills: Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, or students.Familiarity with electronic documentation and billing processes.Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or specialized wound care training.Knowledge of DME procurement and supplies management.Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings is preferred.New graduates are welcome to apply; appropriate onboarding and clinical assessments will be provided.Other Requirements: Availability to work days in Lewistown, MO, starting 05/04/2026.Ability to adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.Participation in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities.Compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements.Must possess or be willing to obtain any necessary DME or supply authorizations.This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career while making a difference in patients' lives.
