Required Skills: Current LPT license in Texas (or compact license)Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)Valid BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationDemonstrated ability to assess and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populationsStrong judgment and decision-making skills in evaluating patient needs and adjusting care accordinglyExcellent communication skills to collaborate with physicians, patients, and familiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environmentNice to Have Skills: Experience with orthopedic and neurological rehabilitationFamiliarity with outpatient therapy protocols and documentation standardsMultilingual abilities to enhance patient rapport and communicationAdditional certifications related to specialized therapy techniquesPreferred Education and Experience: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred) or Bachelor s degree in Physical TherapyPrior outpatient therapy experience, ideally in orthopedic and neuro settingsAt least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experienceOther Requirements: Must hold an active LPT license (Texas or Compact)Willingness to travel as needed for outpatient assignmentsAvailability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, with flexibility for early Fridays and make-up hours during Monday-ThursdayAbility to provide care with a patient ratio of 1:1 (one patient every 45 minutes)Participation in our comprehensive benefit program including competitive hourly pay of $56.95, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus programThis is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in a supportive environment that values your professional growth and well-being.
