What You ll Bring to the Role: Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy, including evaluations, manual techniques, and therapeutic exercisesStrong knowledge of orthopaedic, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and musculoskeletal dysfunctionsAbility to develop individualized treatment plans for conditions such as post-operative care, joint replacements, back pain, balance issues, and moreExcellent communication skills for patient education and collaborative careAttention to detail, professionalism, and a patient-centered approachNice to Have Skills: Training in non-traditional treatment methods or specialized therapiesExperience with pulmonary or pelvic floor rehabilitationBilingual abilities or multilingual skills for diverse patient populationsFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsPreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programLicensure in Maine (VT licensure or eligibility required)Prior outpatient clinic experience preferred but not mandatoryOther Requirements: Reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this assignmentAbility to work Days Monday through Friday with a typical patient ratio of 8/day (Monday-Thursday) and 6 on FridayAvailability for evaluations and treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional assessmentsMust provide all requested time off upfront; requests after upload will not be approved, with a maximum of 5 days offMust have a verified voicemail setup and reliable contact informationAvailability to work during recognized holidays, as clinics are closed on major holidaysBe prepared for the initial orientation (non-billable hours); OT is paid at a flat hourly rate with no multiplierTravel and license reimbursements provided where applicableCompensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95Competitive pay packages with weekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsReimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and moreDedicated 24/7 support team committed to your success throughout your assignmentThis is an excellent chance to advance your career, expand your clinical experience, and enjoy the support of a professional team.
