Job Description: Specialty: CRNA • Total Number of FTE's needed: 3.0 FTE (total) JOB INFORMATION: EMR: Epic Coverage Dates: May 2026 - Ongoing for at least 6 months Shift Schedule Details & Duration: 8 hour shifts = 9:00 - 5:30 pm and 10:30 - 7:00 pm shifts are available (8 hours); All other shift times start at 6:30 am (10's & 12's) Will include a 30-minute lunch break - using badge to clock in and out of the hospital Guaranteed Work Week = Total # of hours minus 2 weekly 4. Is call required? No call, no weekends 5. Rotation: Monday - Friday only 6. # of ORs : 289 beds , 12 ORs 7. Type of Anes Model: Supervision 8. Supervision ratio 1:5 9. Case types: General, ortho, Healthy peds, some trauma, comfortable with OB but not required. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum length of commitment: Will look at part-time candidates but need to be 2 days per week or 1-2 weeks per month; Strongly prefer full-time candidates Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days • Temps Available? (Requirements for temps, timeframe): No Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS • PA License ; Active PA RN License required - cannot use compact Miscellaneous Information: 3 PA clearances, drug screen, TB + immunizations required for assignment Name Clear Required - Name + NPI # Any candidate who was employed (W2) with AHN in the past 5 years is not eligible for locums • If a candidate has less than 5 years of experience, please bring it to me with the case mix they have been doing for the past year so we can possibly still send over. Candidates must be able to handle all cases required for the worksite; AHN will perform an initial screen of the candidate and if they are interested, will set up an interview.
