Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.Certifications ASCP (MLS)Certifications ASCP (BB)Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Blood Banking in last 3 years.Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Recent or prior comprehensive experience in blood bank or transfusion medicine (generalist-only experience is insufficient). Proficiency in Type and Crossmatch, Complex Antibody Panels, Antigen testing, Direct Antiglobulin testing, Fetal Screens, Cord Blood workups, and Transfusion Reaction InvestigationsCOVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
