Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).Certifications ARRT (VI) or ARRT (R)Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Vascular Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.Skills Assessment VIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 2 Supervisor references within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system or any affiliate in the past 2 years.Additional Confirmations I am aware there is orientation, paid at a lower rate, prior to the assignment.Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Competency as a scrub tech for both Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology. Explicit experience with Mechanical Stroke procedures. Ability to perform Scrub Procedures, Sterile Technique, and Equipment set up. Proficiency in Vascular Closure Systems, 3D imaging, and Fluoroscopy.COVID Vaccine 1 booster required. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract Must travel at least 75.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
