We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team and support children on the autism spectrum ages 2 to 6 years old in a structured, fun, supportive, and collaborative environment. We're excited to meet you!Salary Description• $20-$24 per hourRequirementsWhat do you need?High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ability to pass a Level II background check transportation to and from work.Physical & Environmental Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently. Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
