Overview This is a PRN position that will work as needed with a minimum of 1 shift a month M-F 9am - 530pm The Apothecary Shoppe, an independent community pharmacy located in West Salem, Illinois, is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to our patients. We pride ourselves on being a trusted healthcare partner in the community, offering prescription services, medication counseling, and wellness support in a friendly, patient-focused environment. We also provide Prescription Assistance services for our local patients as well as others who see Carle Richland providers. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate dispensing, exceptional customer service, and adherence to all regulatory standards. Our pharmacy emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to improving health outcomes for every patient we serve. Fill orders with accuracy; check technician prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Manager about the daily activities of the pharmacy; aid the Manager in maintaining the pharmacy. Qualifications Certifications: Licensed Pharmacist - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required), Work Experience: Responsibilities Enters all patient demographic information, correct charge descriptions, correct medication including description, strength, route, expiration date and start/stop dates.Posts debits/credits accurately.Enters metric dosage. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $53.88per hour - $92.67per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
