The role requires proficiency in abdominal imaging and magnetic resonance angiography. Candidates with experience in MR cardiac imaging are preferred but not required. Ability to perform special imaging procedures including maximum intensity projection, multiplanar reconstruction, and T-1/T-2 weighted images is necessary. Candidates should possess strong skills in managing patient care in a high-volume environment. This position requires working independently during night shifts. An imaging patient transporter is available during the night shift to assist. Candidates must have experience starting peripheral IVs and adhering to isolation precautions. A range of patient age groups will be encountered, including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Candidates should have experience with various imaging equipment including Siemens and Philips. Knowledge of charting systems is essential. The candidate should have the ability to adapt to diverse patient diagnoses and case complexities. Travel experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
