A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center in Milwaukee is seeking a Dental Director to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on patient care within a growing dental department.This is an opportunity for a dentist who wants to influence program development, mentor providers, and strengthen access to care for an underserved community - while maintaining meaningful clinical practice. Position Overview Approximately 24 clinical hours + administrative leadership timeLead and mentor general and pediatric dentistsParticipate in quality improvement, compliance, and strategic planningSupport recruitment, onboarding, and provider developmentCollaborative leadership alongside medical and executive teamsEligible for up to $50,000 in federal student loan repayment (2-year commitment)Sign-on and relocation assistance available Clinical Scope You will continue practicing dentistry while providing oversight for:Restorative careExtractionsProsthodontics (dentures/partials)Preventive servicesPediatric care (age 2+)Treatment planning for higher-acuity casesThe role balances leadership and clinical engagement, allowing you to stay connected to patient care while guiding departmental growth.
