With strong traction in enterprise markets and a focus on solving complex, high-value problems, the team is entering a major growth phase.The OpportunityOur partner is hiring a Growth Associate to join their first U.S. go-to-market team. This is a high-ownership, early-career commercial role focused on building pipeline and helping establish the company's U.S. sales motion from the ground up.You'll work directly with senior commercial leaders and enterprise sellers to generate demand, support active deals, and contribute to how the company enters new markets. This role is designed for individuals who want to accelerate into revenue ownership, gain exposure to enterprise sales, and grow alongside a rapidly scaling team.ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified pipelineIdentify and research target enterprise accounts and key decision-makersQualify inbound and outbound opportunities and route them to the appropriate sales stakeholdersSupport enterprise deal cycles through research, coordination, and pipeline managementPartner with senior commercial leaders on go-to-market initiatives and market expansion effortsAssist in organizing and executing events to engage senior buyers and accelerate deal cyclesContribute to early-stage GTM processes, messaging, and playbooksRequirements1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or another high-performance environmentStrong communication skills and ability to engage with a variety of stakeholdersDemonstrated interest in revenue-generating roles and commercial workAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environmentWillingness to take ownership of outbound pipeline generation and learn quicklyAbility to work from the New York office on a hybrid schedulePreferred:Experience in outbound sales, growth, or pipeline generationBackground at a startup or early-stage companyEvidence of high performance (academics, work, or extracurriculars)Interest in enterprise software or B2B environments
