Senior Home Care Sales RepresentativeResponsibilities:Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians.Represent the agency at community and healthcare eventsWork closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfactionRequirementsEstablished referral relationships for home care patients.
