Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery (Full-Time, Days or Nights)Porterville, CA Acute Care Hospital SettingCompensation & BenefitsHourly Pay Range: $46.47 $65.05 (based on experience)Sign-On Bonus:$20,000 (3+ years of experience)$5,000 (2 years of experience)Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement)ScheduleFull-Time Day or Night Shift6:45 PM 7:15 AM, 6:45 AM 7:15 PM,Includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and callback shifts as neededWork SettingLabor & Delivery Unit within an acute care hospitalFast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on maternal and newborn careAbout the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages for our client.In this role, you will utilize clinical expertise, critical thinking, and patient-centered care to support safe deliveries and positive patient outcomes.
