This role combines technical oversight, client engagement, and team leadership to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.Key Skills: Project management technical and financial skills, communication skills, AutoCAD capabilities and familiarity with specialized software, preparation of contract documents for construction, estimating, technical writing and proposal development, presentation skills, team leadership, public engagement experience.Responsibilities:Lead multidisciplinary teams on transportation and infrastructure improvement projects involving roadway/site/civil/ drainage and related projectsTechnical review and guidance for the preparation of AutoCAD drawings and specifications to create contract documents for construction, permitting requirements, and contract administration during constructionManage project budgets and finances, schedules, and client relationshipsDevelopment of construction cost estimatesContract preparation and the coordination of subconsultantsMentor and direct project and staff level engineers to enhance their professional developmentParticipate in proposal development, interview presentations and contract negotiationsFamiliarity with Federal, State and local regulatory requirements to comply with safety, quality assurance and project deliveryEducation: B.S. or M.S. in Civil EngineeringPE licensure requiredExperience: Minimum of 10 years, 3 years as Project ManagerSalary Range (CT): $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.Apply for this position through this job post/ATS or email your resume to -party recruiters and agencies need not apply.
