QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: u2022 Be at least 21 years of age. u2022 Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. u2022 Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS u2022 Possess a valid driveru2019s license/state issued ID. u2022 Reliable Transportation u2022 Required to have a valid state of Kentucky Guard Card u2022 Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner. u2022 As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. u2022 Display exceptional customer service and communication skills. u2022 Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently. u2022 Patrols of interior & exterior areas of assigned locations. u2022 Reporting safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing. u2022 Remain flexible to ever changing environments; adapt well to different situations.
