Job Description Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph The Carpenter, Maintenance performs the carpentry duties necessary to maintain in good repair building woodwork and equipment such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors. Work involves most of the following: u2022 Examines blueprints and determines dimensions of structure. Layout and construct light gauge metal framing. u2022 Hang, tape, finish and sand new drywall. u2022 Layout and install acoustical ceiling grid. Install acoustical ceiling tile. u2022 Install ceramic title. u2022 Must perform snow-removal duties during inclement weather, which may occur on holidays, weekends, and evenings. u2022 Other duties as assigned Salary Rate: $30.00 to $37.00/hour + Fringe $4.98/hour Positions covered by the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act or Davis-Bacon Act will comply with the statute requirements. #Intel Basic Job Requirements u2022 High school diploma / GED equivalent is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and 3 years directly related experience is required. u2022 Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements u2022 U.S. Citizen u2022 Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph u2022 Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program).
