Responsibilities: u2022 Manage all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, and job costing. u2022 Prepare precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review. u2022 Maintain and oversee job costing systems to ensure accurate tracking of project expenses and profitability. u2022 Analyze financial data to monitor performance and deliver actionable insights to support strategic goals. u2022 Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and financial standards. u2022 Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Create financial presentations and reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. u2022 Strong knowledge of financial reporting and cost accounting in manufacturing. u2022 Proficiency in accounting systems, with experience in JobBOSS preferred, and advanced Excel skills. u2022 Proven expertise in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, job costing, and financial reporting. u2022 Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to diverse audiences. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data. u2022 Ability to think strategically and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
