Job Description: Apply today and join our amazing Utilities team About this role As a Skilled Trades Worker II + Install, replace, repair, and modify mechanical and electrical equipment located on and within Public Utilities facilities, including, but not limited to, pumps, pump valves, regulators, actuators, control panels, communication systems, motor controls, electronic filtering, and switching systems. + Document and maintain work orders, parts inventory, and safety records. + Proficient in the operation of an electric multimeter, voltmeter, and megohmmeter, battery operator tools, hand tools, chainsaws, and other gas-powered equipment. + Operate crane trucks to remove and install pumps from wet wells and other lift station maintenance activities. + Read and follow color codes, wiring diagrams and schematics, blueprints, plans, and written instructions. + Lift Station sneak peek: As a Skilled Trades Worker III + Work performed as a Skilled Trades Worker II. + Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to Skilled Trades Workers II.
