Description Our client is looking for an experienced Risk Analyst to join their team in the Bordentown, New Jersey area. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various domains within the organization. You will collaborate with senior management to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance while supporting the organization's strategic goals. Salary is 120,000 - 140,000. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the organization's enterprise risk management initiatives, including credit, market, compliance, and operational risk programs. u2022 Continuously monitor and evaluate risk management activities to ensure alignment with the organizationu2019s mission and strategic objectives. u2022 Enhance enterprise risk management processes and systems to improve efficiency in risk assessments. u2022 Lead discussions within the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and provide solutions to address risk-related challenges. u2022 Identify and verify risk areas within the organization, ensuring comprehensive risk assessments are conducted. u2022 Develop risk assessments for new products or significant modifications to existing offerings. u2022 Serve as a subject matter expert to guide departmental leaders in implementing effective governance and risk management strategies. u2022 Analyze and report on key risks and their interdependencies, helping senior management maintain a focus on robust risk management. u2022 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk analysis or a related field. u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices and regulatory compliance. u2022 Strong background in finance, due diligence, and operational risk management. u2022 Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and methodologies. u2022 Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M& A) and understanding of FDIC and FDICIA regulations. u2022 Analytical skills to assess and address complex risk scenarios effectively. u2022 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate risk-related insights clearly. u2022 Proficiency in risk management software and tools for conducting assessments and reporting.
