Description We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to support our customer service and logistics operations in Irving, Texas. This role involves managing order entry, inventory tracking, and ensuring data accuracy while fostering positive relationships with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will excel in providing prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and logistical challenges. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system. u2022 Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overages and support inventory allocation strategies. u2022 Collaborate with the logistics team to track incoming shipments and resolve any discrepancies. u2022 Address and resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipping delays, and inventory issues. u2022 Maintain and update the customer relationship database, ensuring accurate documentation of logistical requirements and preferences. u2022 Synchronize data across systems to ensure consistency and reliability. u2022 Communicate effectively with sales teams, retailers, and distributors to support order fulfillment and logistics. u2022 Participate in discussions to improve inventory management and allocation processes. u2022 Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and delivering solutions. u2022 Support logistics managers in maintaining smooth operations and meeting supply chain objectives. Requirements u2022 Familiarity with inventory tracking and supply chain management practices. u2022 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order processing and data entry. u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and team collaboration. u2022 Ability to analyze and resolve logistical issues promptly. u2022 Experience with logistics, distribution, or supply chain industries is preferred. u2022 Proficiency in Enterprise Document Management (EDM) systems. u2022 Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving operational needs.
