A busy family of five is seeking a full-time housekeeper for their townhouse on the Upper East Side. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 7am-6pm. This role can be live-in or live-out- the live-in accommodations are a bedroom and bathroom that are shared with the weekend housekeeper/nanny.All care of a five-floor townhouseDeep cleaningDaily tidying and organizationErrands and accepting packagesLaundryCooking breakfast for the children daily, and ideally dinner for the family 2-3 times per week (easy family-style cooking)Basic pet care for the family dogSome travel to the family's second home upstate during the summer monthsEfficient and detail-orientedProactive self-starter who can manage their time effectivelyTeam player- the family has a solid team and is looking for someone to work cohesivelyHappy to work in a busy environment with childrenUS work authorizationDriving is NOT required but would be a bonusSwimming is NOT required but would be a bonusAbility to climb the stairs in a townhouseAble to work around and with a dogWillingness to spend some time at the family's second home during the summer months$35-40/hr.PTO
