Qualifications + Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in areas of roadway/highway/complete street planning and engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams. + Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. + Skills: Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships. + Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor staff, with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment. + Business Acumen: Experience in business development, including marketing and strategic planning, with a focus on expanding practice areas.
