Our facility is located at 2114 McDaniel Dr., Carrollton, TX 75006.We’re looking for an Assistant Bottling Manager to lead and oversee bottling operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role is hands-on and people-focused, requiring strong leadership and a proven ability to mentor supervisors, develop teams, and optimize production.Manage bottling operations to meet production and quality goalsMentor and lead supervisors and departmental staffDrive safety programs and ensure OSHA and company complianceLead continuous improvement and capital projectsSupport new product development and equipment implementationResolve quality issues and lead root cause effortsCoordinate cross-functionally with other departments (shipping, customer service, QA)Monitor, evaluate, and develop departmental performance and skillsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in related field7+ years of experience within bottling or CPG experience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong planning and organizational skillsProven leadership track recordPreferred: Alcohol beverage or CPG experience, Supply Chain and Org Development Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as FSA options. 401k with employer matching, PTO, free lunch on weekdays and growth opportunities.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
