Increases revenue by promoting the use of products/services; presenting public programs. Discovers new products/services applications by conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications. Improves products/services quality results by studying and evaluating applications; recommending changes. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
