Improves products/services use by conducting products/services application surveys and inspections for customers; advising technicians and contractors on most efficient and practical use of products/services. Increases revenue by promoting the use of products/services; presenting public programs. Discovers new products/services applications by conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications. Improves products/services quality results by studying and evaluating applications; recommending changes. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
