Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Collierville, Tennessee. In this role, you will handle the full cycle of accounts payable processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing and payment approvals. u2022 Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date. u2022 Code invoices appropriately and verify all supporting documentation for compliance. u2022 Conduct regular check runs and ensure timely payments to vendors. u2022 Input and maintain accurate data within accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis related to accounts payable. u2022 Maintain organized records and assist with audits or financial reviews. u2022 Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues. Requirements u2022 At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role. u2022 Proficiency in account reconciliation and invoice processing. u2022 Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks. u2022 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Knowledge of coding invoices and conducting check runs. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills. u2022 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
