Part time The Senior HR/Operations Analyst is responsible for managing HR onboarding, payroll, time sheets, and operational support for staff and leadership. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely HR and operational processes, while providing decision-support, tracking, and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week in Fairfax, VA.
