Check out our current project locations belowu2014and stay tuned for even more as new opportunities unfold in 2026 - Santa Fe Springs, CA - Costa Mesa, CA - Laredo, TX Responsibilities u2022 Performs planning and scheduling activities utilizing Primavera and an ability to apply a logical progression of project experience to support medium-large project types u2022 Provides detailed planning and scheduling of larger projects from conceptual planning through engineering and construction u2022 Provides critical path method scheduling for construction and/or engineering projects u2022 Developing schedules for estimates and current projects u2022 Performs company scheduling procedures and reporting u2022 Coordinates with project teams to assess reporting and identify risk and create accurate forecasts u2022 Provides scheduling analysis for delays and impacts to identify and mitigate project risk u2022 Develops schedule logic and constraints, realistic activity durations and available manpower and resources u2022 Assess the impact of design changes and schedule slippage and inform company management and clients of all schedule updates Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in construction management, engineering, or technical training and related experience u2022 3+ yearsu2019 construction scheduling experience, preferably within the water and transportation industries u2022 Knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes and standards, and an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units u2022 Familiarity with standard cost control methods utilized in the execution of various types of projects (Bid-Build, Design-Build, PDB, CMGC, Time and Material, etc.), u2022 Proficiency in various project controls software such as Excel, Primavera P6, and other company-specific software u2022 Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative u2022 Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time u2022 Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity u2022 Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt u2022 Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills u2022 Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives u2022 Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
