We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am-7pm.Why Greenbrook?Meaningful Impact: Directly contribute to improving the lives of patients through innovative petitive Compensation: Earn $20-22/hour (commensurate with education and experience).Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a robust benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Growth and Development: Receive specialized training and certification in TMS and esketamine therapy.Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a supportive and dedicated team committed to exceptional patient care.Location: Primarily based in our Fairlawn center, with occasional regional coverage as needed.Your Role:Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.What We're Looking For:Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience. Consistent work history.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work experience (not mandatory).Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
