We are looking for a candidate that is adaptive, action oriented, can work independently, and takes ownership of processes and tasks.This position will work out of our midtown Manhattan, NY office with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.1633 Broadway, NY 10019This role within Finance will be broad and is expected to change with the business’s needs. Some of the areas the Sr. Analyst can expect to lead are:Manage the divisions long term, three-statement, driver-based Excel model and develop presentations and visuals to communicate progress, updates, key drivers, and status.Track, report, enhance, and create business KPIs via monthly reporting package, quarterly Board materials, and other ad hoc presentationsLead due diligence processes with potential equity and debt providers, own and update company Management PresentationOptimize Capital Expenditures by owning and establishing ROI details for each investmentReview monthly client profitability, work with operations to understand drivers on low performers and develop/enhance reporting to division leadershipProvide support and guidance for financial analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, budget attainment, and business planning companywide.Continuously review current processes and identify opportunities for improvements or enhancementsAssist in M&A financial due diligence when needed.Other duties as assignedBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics3-5 years prior finance experienceCPA or MBA a plusPrior travel industry experience a plusTM1 (Cognos), Hyperion, NetSuite, Salesforce experience a plusAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills, work ethic, problem solving ability and overall positive attitudeWilling and able to learn and apply knowledge quicklyComfortable working independently and being action orientedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong presentation skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressureStrong business acumenMust be able to work successfully in a matrix team environment, working well with all levels of management and staff within the organizationAbility to interact with senior division leadership and corporate executivesMust operate with a sense of urgency, driving for results and opportunities to maximize profitability and enhance return on invested capitalComfortable self-navigating and completing projects with unstructured parameters and guidancePAY AND BENEFITSOur benefit offerings include choice of two medical plans and two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), company-paid life insurance and AD&D, optional additional life insurance and AD&D, disability insurance, paid parental leave, paid time off, 401k Plan with company match, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.
