Answer questions about products and services, retail stores, general service line information and other information as necessary based on customer call needs. Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics. Facilitate resolution on customer complaints and problem solving. Process orders, route calls to appropriate resource, and follow up on customer calls where necessary. Pays attention to detail and has great organizational skills. Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possesses great listening skills and can handle stressful environment. Flexible with the actual work and the hours of operation.Qualifications High School Diploma and 2 years of call center experience or 2 years of related experience which includes 6 months or more in a fast-paced work environment 2 year degree (or higher) and 1 year call centere experience or 2 years of exact work experience Exact experience must be having worked in a customer facing role within home care (HME, IV or HH).
