Candidates must be in the U.S.This individual will oversee and handle the day-to-day cash management of multiple high net-worth clients, entertainers, (music industry experience/ prior touring experience is highly preferred!)and small business owners.Review and approve accounts payables/receivables, general ledger postings, bank & credit card reconciliations and monthly cash flowHeavy client and vendor interactionRespond to daily client or partner requestsDaily client cash management needsNew client intake and setupSpecial projects as assignedMinimum Education Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting Master’s Degree highly preferredWill consider applicants with transferable experience in industry to meet this qualificationPreferred experience level working with high profile and high net worth clientele: 5 - 7 yearsCandidates who are close to this range are encouraged to still apply if you feel you meet the requisite skill levelHeavy bookkeeping experience,with AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and general tax knowledgeExperience in the entertainment and music industry highly preferred and desiredTour experience a plus!Familiarity with Artist, Publisher, and Writers Royalty StatementsHigh level of organization and attention to detail - critical thinking skillsExcellent client service orientationAbility to manage multiple deadlines, projects, and clients with accuracy, dedication, and enthusiasmExcellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and other Microsoft Office programsHigh level working knowledge of QuickBooks (Datafaction or AgiLink is a plus, but not necessary)The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
