Adecco is assisting the KY Dam Village State Resort Park in Gilbertsville, KY to fill several Groundskeeper positions. This is an immediate fill, seasonal opportunity. Pay Range: $ 14.00 Flexible schedule is needed, weekends will be required RESPONSIBILITIES: u00b7 Plants a variety of landscaping materials (e.g., lawns, shrubs, flowers, etc.) for the purpose of keeping the grounds attractive. u00b7 Care for established lawns by mowing, mulching, weeding, grubbing, edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. u00b7 Clean landscaped areas and related areas (e.g., drains, walks, roads, parking lots, fields, litter, etc.) for the purpose of grounds up-keep. u00b7 Rakes sand traps, tends to greens u00b7 Maintains job related grounds keeping equipment (e.g., mowers, sweepers, edgers, trimmers, hand tools, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring availability and safe operating conditions. u00b7 Operates grounds, maintenance, and custodial equipment for the purpose of accomplishing the task in a safe and efficient manner. u00b7 Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces. u00b7 Performs minor repairs and painting u00b7 Performs other duties as may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS u00b7 Education, training and/or experience which would clearly demonstrate the essential functions, knowledge and skills listed. u00b7 Must be detail oriented and follow directions precisely; be dependable. u00b7 Bending, walking, pushing, and lifting all day.
