The playing surface is a sand-based Kentucky bluegrass field that hosts 75 Minor League Baseball games, high school baseball games, boy/girl scout sleepovers, kids camps, batting practices as well as other special events. The events are hosted throughout the year including non-game days.Job DescriptionResponsible for the following: mowing, repairing mound and plate areas, assisting with infield skin maintenance, sodding, aerating and topdressing, tarp pulls and preparing field during inclement weather, set up and tear down of batting practice and special events.Preferred Qualifications Able to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays Able to lift at least 50 lbs. with ease Able to operate necessary turf equipment with training Highly motivated individuals interested in working in baseball long term
