What to ExpectTesla Collision is seeking an energetic professional with a proventrack recordof managing people and processes to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. As the Collision Center Manager, you willbe responsible formanaging the workflow and productionwork forceat our OEM owned Collisionrepair center.This position requires a strong understanding of Collision shop business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment.You must be a strong tactical problem solver who can work in a fast-paced environment, capable of multi-tasking, and effectively leading a team to achieve business goals andobjectives.What You'll DoProvide effective supervision and coaching to all site shifts to meet quality and facility goals. Maintain shop records and inventories. Manage the flow of work through the facilityAct as the process leader forassignedsite. Define and improve work standards with input from technicians and the team. Lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged teamEnsure work standards are current andaccurate. Monitor employees to ensure they follow safety regulations and the collision center's safety programWork with employees to resolve technical and personnel issues. Schedule staff to meet facility needs and allow for vacations and time off according to company policiesSelect team members and ensure they receiverequiredtraining. Hold regular one-on-one development meetings to support their professional growth and career advancement. Monitor training needs for the team and individuals, and coordinate training with training team resources as neededProvide effective daily communication to align all team members on goals. Share any issues that affect the facility or the overall organizationPartner with the Regional Manager to scale and grow shop production to meet companytargets,andwork collaboratively with key partners.Perform otherduties asassigned by theRegionalManager to support the businessWhat You'll Bring5+ years of experience leading a collision center, refurbishment center, service center, or similar5-10+ years of collision technical experience or aptitude preferredAbility to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity.
