Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.TheGeneral Maintenance Workerwill assist in coordination and execution of event setup/break down activities, landscaping, maintenance, and operations for the facility, ball fields, and grounds.This role pays an hourly rate of $11.00-$13.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until May 1, 2026.FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to):Provides event set up and break down services, general maintenance, and landscaping activities involved in the operations of all venue and exhibition & convention and exterior spacesProvide leadership and knowledge for temporary workers when applicableBasic landscaping duties to include grass mowing, edgeing, maintenance of ballfieldsDeliver, execute, and follow up on assignments provided by supervisors/managers in a timely mannerEnsure staff is working safely and are aware of proper safety guidelinesMaintain a clean and safe work spaceResponsibilities will include event set-up/break downs, event coverage, landscaping and cleaningHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to stand, walk, and provide physical exertion for an entire shiftPrior experience in building maintenance/landscaping preferredAbility to lift and move 50 lbsAbility to work outdoors in all weather elementsSelf-motivated and excellent organizational skillsPossession of a valid Driver’s License preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work a varied schedule of days, nights, weekends and holidaysAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
