Prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00-$18.00Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).This position will remain open until May 22, 2026Located inside the Lowell-Stevens Football Facility at the University of Arizona, the Arizona Sands Club offers memorable experiences in a unique setting unlike anything else in the Southern Arizona community. In cooperation with OVG, the Bear Down Kitchen inside of the Arizona Sands Club offer a premier dinning experience for the student athletes.Greet customers and process payments utilizing the cash register to enter orders and complete the transaction by using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as neededProvide excellent customer service, addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.Maintain a clean and organized work area in the dining room and cashier station, including but not limited disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes.Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly. Must check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation regulations.High school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be 18 or overThree or more months’ experience in food service industry preferredPrevious cash handling experience preferred.
