If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our KPMG Strategy practice.Responsibilities:Perform domestic and global post-deal HR integrations with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investorsWork with KPMGs cross-functional integration and separation teams on the HR portion of integration engagements, focusing on the establishment and merging of compensation and benefits platformsAssist with identifying HR, compensation and benefit plan exposures in HR due diligenceContribute to the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMGs integration and separation teams, and assist with communication of results with clientsSupport the benchmarking and refinement of compensation programs (salary, cash incentives, and equity compensation) during transactional and/or transformational situationsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent actuarial or general consulting experience in the valuation, design, administration, and implementation of employee benefit and compensation plans with a top accounting or benefits consulting firmBachelor's degree from an accredited university/collegeStrong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project; be on track to attain FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP and/or CEP designationsHighly motivated, self-starter, team player, with positive attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skillsWillingness and ability to travelApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (
