No prior teaching experience required we provide instructor training.This role offers a hybrid schedule:One week onsite working directly with apprenticesThe following week working remotely from home delivering virtual instructionWhat Youll DoTrain and support pipefitting apprenticesProvide hands-on instruction during onsite weeksDeliver virtual instruction during remote weeksPrepare apprentices for OSHA-10 and NCCERTrack skill development and progressTravel within your assigned area (about 50%)Youll work directly with apprentices in the field and online guiding and supporting their development.What Were Looking For3+ years experience as a PipefitterConstruction experience requiredIndustrial, mechanical, or process piping experience preferredJourneyman Pipefitter certification preferredBilingual preferredComfortable using basic technology for virtual instructionWilling to travelNo prior instructor experience required.CertificationsNCCER Instructor or ICTP Certification (must obtain within 30 days well help you)Must pass a pipefitting competency testPay and Benefits$75,000-$80,000 salaryTravel incentive payPTO + Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental and Vision InsuranceHSA
