_Agency Overview_ The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), which oversees over $2 billion in capital programs and projects, is responsible for capital planning, project delivery, property management, and real estate services for the Commonwealth. We are stewards of the Commonwealthu2019s assets, which include 61 million square feet of state buildings. As an agency, we care for the people of our state and the future of our planet. DCAMM is a central agency in implementing several key policy priorities of the Healey-Driscoll Administration, including promoting decarbonization and climate resilience in all state facilities, identifying and facilitating opportunities to repurpose underutilized state property for housing production, and increasing the participation of underrepresented groups in public construction contracting and in the public construction workforce. _General Statement of Duties and Responsibilities_ The Deputy Director of Analytics and Reporting is a key member of DCAMMu2019s Office of Finance and Administrationu2019s (OFA) management team. The Deputy Director plays a strategic role in providing analytic and reporting services to all agency business units. The Deputy Director plays a critical role in managing a team of 11 to translate Business Unit leadershipu2019s analytics and reporting needs. _Responsibilities include:_ Determining analytics and reporting needs to support data driven decision making. Tracking staff time allocation, service delivery priorities, and analytics projects from inception, implementation, and maintenance over time. This includes MS Power BI, specialized geospatial analytics and mapping services (ESRI software). Overseeing workflows, problem solving, and staffing allocations to ensure state's land and building inventory is properly maintained and enabling effective work order implementation to assist client agencies in extending the useful life of critical state assets and equipment. Translating analytics and reporting necessities to accurate and timely data flows from source systems into our in-house AWS data warehouse for internal reporting purposes. Oversight of delivery of specific legislatively mandated reports, including, but not limited to, annual Real Property Report, AMP Design and Construction Annual Report, and others as required.
