In this role, you will beresponsible for driving sales to meet goals related to marketpenetration, profit margin, and total revenue. Responsibilities includeidentifying leads and establishing contact, maintaining contact withexisting customers, and discussing customer needs (including technicaldata) with OEM customers for our E-House, medium voltage switchgear, andmedium voltage bus offerings. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Develop and execute plans to identify prospects, generate leads, andestablish contact with customer decision makers Travel to customer sitesto meet with decision makers and present offerings Assist customers inidentifying needs, discussing options, and making recommendationsMonitor current and projected market activity to identify new salesprospects on an ongoing basis Provide ongoing feedback regarding salesactivities, customer specifications, terms and conditions, andcompetitive/market issues Generate reports that summarize and forecastindustry activity, market conditions, and sales Develop and conductpresentations of our offerings at trade shows, customer meetings, etc.Assist in the development of marketing strategy and annual orders &revenue forecast Although we have this posted to multiple locations, weare only making 1 hire YOU HAVE: Ideally 5+ years of technicalsales or account management experience selling engineered or industrialproducts into OEM utility, data center, EPC, or industrial markets.Ideally will have experience selling E-House offerings, medium voltageswitchgear, or medium voltage bus. A bachelor's degree in a technicalfield is strongly preferred. Understanding of basic mechanical andelectrical engineering principles. High degree of initiative and abilityto work independently. Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonalskills. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.). Able to travel overnight 50% of thetime, a valid driver's licence is required. Able to work from ourMadison, WI office, or a home office anywhere in the US.
