Description We are looking for a skilled Reprographics Associate to join this office in a contract basis in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on managing digital print and reprographics tasks with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling high-volume printing, scanning, and finishing jobs while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities: u2022 Process a wide range of reprographics requests, including black/white and color photocopies. u2022 Operate production printers and copiers by setting up job specifications and managing job queues. u2022 Utilize finishing equipment such as bindery tools, laminators, hole punches, and cutters according to job instructions. u2022 Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and consistency. u2022 Load paper and toner into copiers as needed to maintain uninterrupted operations. u2022 Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service calls when necessary. u2022 Communicate effectively with managers and clients to address job requirements and deadline concerns. u2022 Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards of accuracy and quality in all tasks. u2022 Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and work while standing for extended periods. Requirements u2022 Minimum of one year of office service experience, ideally in a legal, banking, or corporate environment. u2022 Proficiency in reprographics operations, including digital printing and finishing tasks. u2022 Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. u2022 Familiarity with production printers, copiers, and finishing tools. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively. u2022 Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and managers. u2022 Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work while standing for most of the shift.
