Director of Osteopathic Education Faculty Opportunity - Family Medicine Residency Program Keene, New HampshireThe Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth Health Family Medicine Resident Program is seeking an osteopathic physician to join our growing team and help build our Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) curriculum. We are a community-based 6-6-6 Family Medicine residency based in a rural regional referral center affiliated with the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. We will welcome our third class of 6 residents in summer 2026 and are looking to expand our faculty team as we continue to grow.Seeking candidates with passion and enthusiasm for practicing and teaching full-scope family medicine, including OMM to both osteopathic and allopathic residents, while creating a lasting impact at a new program. The successful candidate will provide direct clinical care, supervise residents in multiple clinical settings, and participate in curriculum development and continuous program improvement. The success of the residency will be grounded in Cheshire’s GME Vision:A caring educational community that trains graduate physicians who will serve all patients with high-quality, patient-centered medical care and collaborate across disciplines to meet the broader health needs of the community.The Director of Osteopathic Education will also serve as a core faculty member and will have a significant role in the education and supervision of residents, including teaching, evaluating, and providing formative feedback. In addition, the ideal candidate will develop and care for a patient panel within the residency practice in our state-of-the-art Family Medicine Center, Family & Community Care. The practice strives to meet community needs, including caring for marginalized individuals. The program has a special emphasis on care of the rural LGBTQ+ community.
